Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase to request a return. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with original packaging and any original tags. Size-related returns are handled under these ordinary return conditions.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item and your reason for returning it. Contact us first for authorization and return instructions. Our return address is 534 Rue De L’Esperance, 62730 Les Attaques, France. Returns are sent to France; please consider the cost of international return shipping when deciding to purchase.
Return shipping and damaged items
If we made an error, or the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, we cover the return shipping cost. Contact us with details and any useful photographs so we can arrange the appropriate next steps. Ordinary return-condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting damage, defects or an incorrect item. For a change of mind, including a size-related return, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
Fees and refunds
There is no restocking fee. Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help checking a refund.
